Need help with this one. Can anyone help with my symptoms? Neurologist is puzzled.

I have Occipital Neuralgia, Trigeminal Neuralgia, and now Neurofibromatosis.  I had to leave my jobs as my condition is rapidly deteriorating.  Neurologist is puzzled.  I have head attacks of severe excruciating pain with right eye involved and 5 distinct tones of ringing in my ears during the nerve seizure attacks.  I now am loosing my memory to the point of being diagnosed with early dementia.  This is bad.  I have lost the ability to work in my 30 year career and now am at risk of my normalcy.  The dr.s do not know what  do to help me.  I feel they are missing something.  What else could this be?  I see many on here with same to similar complaints.  I can barely get through the day between head attacks and things important that I have forgotten.  Can any one help me out here?
