Need some input

I'm a 28 year old female with lots of issues as of late. I've been having issues with dizziness lately. It only happens when I'm sitting or walking. I'll get really tired all of a sudden, my vision blurs out (looks like static on an old tv screen), and then I become nauseated. Sometimes, I have a headache, but not a lot. I've been having some palpitations recently as well. My endocrinologist took my BP and it was 100/50 which is slighly lower than normal. I took BPs for a week and then called them in. Occasionally, when I was dizzy, my BP had dropped from baseline of 120/70. At other times, my heart rate had dropped in the 50s. I checked my blood sugars and they were always at 70-75. My hair is falling out at a faster rate than it used to. I'm exhausted 99% of the time, and life is miserable.
PMH: Hashimotos hypothyroidism dx 2 years ago and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Recent labs showed my testosterone was still mildly elevated and my TSH was in the "good and normal" range. I'm on Synthroid 137mcg and Metformin 500mg bid.
My PCP scheduled me for an MRI for a possible pituitary issue. Would you agree based on the S/S? Could it be something else?
