Tingling

I have tingling in both lower legs and feet.  Both heals, in the back are numb.  ALso, I feel as though I have had 12 cups of coffee, very jittery. Anxiety may be part  of it but not sure about the numbness.  I see the nuerolgist tomorrow.  I had an MRI of the upper neck (2007)and head (2005) which was fine. Perimenapause? Any ideas?

How old are you?  If you are 35+, then pre-menopause is certainly a possibility.  (And don't let some quack tell you otherwise.)  I have to say, that given where your problems were appearing (lower legs and feet) that the MRI was of your neck and head.  Personally, I would have checked lower on the spine for problems.  But...oh, wait...I'm not a doctor.  I'm just going by common sense.  (Ahem.)

Hi Bella, do you sit on the couch alot or at a desk? Could it be side effect from meds you are on? Sometimes the answer is simple and you need to be your own detective. good luck.
