Neuro-muscular struggles

I have a history of TBI from a violent car wreck in 2013.  For the past few years, I had been making vast strides and had established a very decent baseline.  Until Nov 2022, I had been sitting in standstill traffic and was violently rearended.  I guess my entire body was in a state of shock / survival mode for the first couple of weeks but mid December, I started with a baseline of symptoms and felt just awful.  I felt mostly sick, tired, and dizzy and was bedridden off and on.  As the months went on, my symptoms started snowballing but some of them would just come and go.

1.  Dizziness, weakness, and fatigue (sometimes very acute) have been my baseline symptoms from the get go.  Also, another awful baseline symptom has been intolerance to heat or cold (my body's inability to regulate temperature.
2.  I was bedridden for all of spring break to learn at the ER that I had developed an acute sinus infection.  I was given meds but that would eventually subside.
3.  Acute shortness of breath and shallow breathing has been an added symptom as of the last few months.
4.  Nonstop yawning (while not fatigued) has been plaguing me for the past few weeks.
5.  For a good couple of months, I was attacked with migraines and trigeminal neuralgia.  That subsided, Thank God.
6.  Since, It's been difficult to physically exert myself.  A simple walk will send me into heavy breathing.  Any kind of housework or yardwork involving bending over and such makes me dizzy and just feeling unwell.
7.  Brain fog, dry mouth, and random body aches & pains have also been ongoing.
8.  Sensitivity to "sharp sounds."
9.  Not often, but on occasion, I'll experience what seems to be head tremors while driving.  Makes me feel ill, out of sorts, and scared.

My neurologist has ruled out MS with a recent MRI but she's also considering other neuro-muscular disorders so she has order full blood and urine panels to cover everything.  This was as of last week.  She blew me off a few months ago.  I'm glad that this time around I was able to convince her to take me seriously.  The waiting game is difficult but I'm doing my best.
