Hi lei71091
At first I thought it would be a neurological problem... but where you say it changes everyday then maybe the doctor is right in saying it is anxiety. Anxiety and stress can and will do some extremely strange things to your body!!
I think that if you are not happy with the answers you are getting from your doctor, find another one! There could be an underlying medical problem that is causing  these symptoms to "travel".
Usually numbness and/or tingling is associated with a nerve. There is testing that can be done. EMG's test the nerves with tiny electric shocks, although it is an unpleasant feeling it is NOT extremely painful! This test is normally done by a Neurologist which is a doctor who specializes in nerves and nerve damage., however since yours "travels" I am not sure how they would narrow down which nerve they have to test.
So, if you are unhappy with the doctor you have and the answers you are getting then you need to find another doctor who will help you find out exactly what s wrong.
I am sure others will come along and maybe they will have a more definitive answer but, please keep us updated & good luck!

Thank you for replying to my question!
I'll try to go for other doctor or neurologist to seek for the answer.
Now,i seldom feel numbness and tingling, but i will feel tired and my hands or legs get numb easily as compared to before. For example, when i sit with crossed legs then my legs will get numb easily but will back to normal soon too.
Sometimes with a hot/burning alike feeling in my arms but not too serious.
I really apprieciate with your help&advice!
