I am little disappointed to write that my mother is having below uncommon issues for which doctors have not been able to detect root cause and hence not been able to treat. I have seen plenty of physicians, neurologists, spine surgeons, orthopedist and dermatologists. Despite of any relief, problem is increasing. If these are side effects of spine surgery then looking for some solution.
1 When she walks, she gets a feeling like there is foam or bubbles in her feet while there is nothing you can see from eyes Feet, Legs Increased from both feet to legs now. Happens always.
2 Nerves of feet remain tight all the time For example: It appears like thumb has been tightened with a rubber band. Right Leg Thumb and ankle Consistent to one leg
3 Below the feet skin, it appears like there is some fluid inside the skin of lower side of the feet. Both feet Started from right foot but increased to both feet
4 In winters, skin of her hands and feet become yellow. Hands and Feet Whenever there is extreme cold
After some research on internet, issue # 4 appears to be somewhat related with Raynaud Disease but I believe this is something neuro physicians would have ruled out before me.

Little Background: In Nov 2014, she underwent a spine surgery where surgeon fixed some screws in spine. After surgery, she was not able to walk as she had severe pain. After a week with no progress, surgeon performed another surgery saying that he is cleaning or giving more space to nerves which might be the root cause of her immobility. She was able to walk after second surgery but after a week or so she had to get admitted again for 15 days. The surgery area got infected and she was on anti-biotics for around 2 months (Anti-biotics were Inj Piptaz, Inj Linezolid IV, Tab Lizolid, Tab Dalacin C, Tab Niftas which kept on changing time to time). One of the Sr. physicians said that she has been prescribed too much of anti-biotics so not sure if that excessive of a/b could have caused this.
General Health – She was not diabetic before surgery but detected diabetic during above course of treatment, probably because of mental stress. As of today, she is taking Azulix 1 Mg for Sugar and Tab Pregabalin SR for nerves. Her sugar is in control with this dose.
