Numbness

I am having Labile Hypertension.Doctor recommended BetaBlockers, but I stop the drug when BP is normal.In last two days I am experiencing sudden awakening in the midnight with numbness in my mouth and fingers(both hand).
BP was 160/90.My ECG is normal with a little sinus rhythm.My doctor recommended MethylCobalamin 400 OD, Aspirin 75mg OD and Losartan Pottasium BID.
Is it a sympyom of a stroke ? or a simple parathesia ?
Should I continue Losartan, even BP is normal. Should I immediately withdraw Aspirin after recommended period ?(20 days)
I am taking Fluvoxamine too, since 4 month for an OCD.(I was experiencing the same numbness problem before starting fluvoxamine)
Please tell me the correct diagnosys.
This discussion is related to facial and tongue numbness.
