Odd Hand Condition?
Hello all,
Im an avid mountain biker and have been for many years. This year during and after rides i find that my left hand looses it strength. Its just like in the winter when your hands get really cold, and you try to grab your zipper. Yoo r fingers just dont seem to want to grab it. I dont get any tingly sensations like you would if it fel alseep. Any1 have any idea what may be causing this or what it could be?

Any suggestions? I would also like to add it takes about a day before its back to normal.
