Hi there. The etiology of paraesthesia includes apart from vitamin B12 deficiency, alcohol intake, hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus, malnutrition, trauma, connective tissue diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus, certain antibiotics, pyridoxine overdose, lyme disease, leprosy etc. you can try correcting the nutritional deficiencies and possible overdoses and alcoholism. Consult a neurologist for further work up and management. Hope this helps .Take care.
