Pain, MS, Myasthenia Gravis, Parkinson's

Sorry I forgot to say, I have been diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis which the Dr questions now since my condition is progressing, and I have REM behavior disorder ( a sleep disorder) so I am at higher risk for Parkinson's.  The Dr do not think my symptoms are Parkinson's.  Numbness, tingling, falling, rigid right leg, pain.
