Painful Arms

For many years i have had pain in my left arm, its not continuous but can last for a few days then disappears. It seems to affect almost my whole arm and when this is happening it feels heavy and tingly. I remember once many years ago my left arm went completely dead for a day, i could not use it or lift it at all. The pain seems to be happening a lot more regular lately and for the first time today it has happened in my right arm.
Any suggestions???

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your neurologist has to check your ulnar nerve, radial nerve in your arm and see if there is any damage. You may damage it due to a fall or any trauma to your upper limbs (in the past) which is slowly progressing.

If not a thorough scan of your head with other tests is required. Please consult a neurologist.
Take care!

I have to say my short term memory leaves a lot to be desired as well lately, i seem to be getting very forgetful....i have not had a migraine in quite some time but the pain in my arms do keep coming back, i do get headaches sometimes but those ones are not migraines. I seem to be tired a lot no matter how much sleep i get and my energy levels are not that great. I have been putting it down to getting older ( 47 ) but am wondering if it is something more.
