Paresthesias in hands and feet, now in lip

I started off with pins and needles in hands, then it spread to the legs, then it stopped for 2 months. Now it is back, but only intermittant this time around, burning and tingling feet and pins and needles in my hands. It has also progressed to my top left hand side of my lip. That drives me mad, the hands and feet I can bear (just about) but the tingling in the lip is very weird. I have had a lot of blood tests (just waiting on calcium) they were clear and a NCS - completely fine. Got an MRI on the 9th, but this thing in my lips has only been happening for about 2 weeks so I haven'y been able to talk to my neuro about it. My eyes are not 100% at the moment, I am noticing them getting worse (don't wear glasses) and I think it is what is causing my eyes to twitch a lot. It is all getting a bit irritating. If anyone could shed some more light for me, that would be great.

MRI came back  clear and so did all the blood tests. Neurologist doesn't know abouot the lips tingling, but he thinks there is no point in doing anymore tests at this stage. I feel a little lost now.

It all started when I felt my least anxious, but I suppose it can manifest in strange ways. I will update when I get my bloods back or MRI, whichever comes first.

Hi,

Thanks for posting.
Since most of your tests are good including NCS causes like peripheral neuropathy, nerve compression are ruled out. However other causes like hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, vitamin deficiency, anxiety, radiation, heavy metals and fibromyalgia.
Please discuss these with your prescribing doctor and let us know if you need more information.
Take care!
