Pelvic/Leg Pain

I have seen a couple dr's that have told me with my symptoms that my ilioinguinal nerve is damaged.  I have had (3) laparoscopies(d/t endo), (3) vein embolization(d/t varicose).  I have had pelvic pain for (9) years or so.  Since my embolizations, the pain now radiates down the outside of my thigh, down to my knee.  There are times that it is on FIRE!  There is nothing the dr's here can do for me, besides put me on medication.  But there has to be something.  Or maybe there is just ONE medication???  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
