Pinch nerve?

Well i went to the er last Sunday night because i felt dizzy , confused , light headed , breathing , and right side of neck swollen .  They did a ct scan on my head and said everything was ok except for sinuses . I have really bad sinusitis and cough for last month . The doctor told me that it might be a pinched nerve on right side of neck and I need to see a neurologist . I have appointment on Jan . 2 .  It feels like drainage on right side of head and I still get dizzy when I walk . What do you think i may have or what should i do until i see neurologist ? Avelox is an antibiotic which is used to treat sinus infections.Why are you not taaking the antibiotic? It will clear your sinus infection and provide you relief. Please start the antibiotic course as per your doctor's instruction immediately.Take steam inhalation also.
Do you recall any injury to your neck? I suggest it will be good for you to see the neurologist as he can look for pinched nerve and treat you accordingly.

I am not taking any antibiotics for sinusitis . I have avelox  but not taking them right now. My right arm feels numb sometimes and weak . my neck feels really swollen and i feel dizzy when i walk .

The symptoms of drainage and dizzyness are due to sinusitis. First and foremost thing to do is to get that treated. Are you taking antibiotics and steam inhalation for sinusitis?
Do you have any symtoms of pinched nerve like tingling numbness or weakness on the right side?
The swelling in your neck can be enlarged lymphnode or due to tonsillitis. The antibiotics will help these too incase they are there.
