Pins/Needs, Pressure Top of Head

For the past few weeks, I have a pins and needs feeling, pressure feeling, and sometimes a pulsation on the top of my head. My GP drew blood and everything came back normal. I am very anxious and went to a neurologist. She performed all the routine tests and I was fine. She sent me for an MRI to be preventative. She mentioned that she thinks it is nerve related.

Like I said, I have been anxious and under stress from work for the past weeks, but also have a fatty cyst/tumor by my temple. Not sure if these things can be causing the issue. Other than those symptoms above, I have no headaches, vision, or other problems. Anyone every experience?   Thanks.
