Pituitary Surgery (Open)

Hello doctors,
I'm Mohamed Jasim from Iraq, 38 yrs old. I had a pituitary tumor since 1995 as my doctor " Laith Kaka " told me.He made the first surgery in 1999, after 7 months he removed my front head bone because of infection. in 2001, he made the second surgery to remove the tumor again. In 2002, he made the third surgery again to remove the tumor. I still have the tumor and continued in taking "Promocribtin" 12 per day with medium headache . By the way, The vision with my right EYE is zero since 1999. I'm afraid of loss the vision with the Other Eye. I send you this image of the last MRI for brain in 13-02-2006. I need a report about it, please. And how can you help me? Thank you very much.
