Pituitary Tumor

My endocrinologist recently ordered some blood work.  I now have to have a contrast MRI on my pituitary gland.  These are the blood tests.  I understand the prolactin pretty well since that is the reason for the MRI, but if anyone could explain the other ones that came back high (one low) that would be great.... I am only including the test that came back out of range, if you like info on the other tests, I can provide that.
