Please help _Venous Angioma

I am 25 and was just diagnosed with a venous angioma/ anomly... I have seizures and have recently been having headaches just sharp pain that stops me in my tracks, and then goes away but leaves me slow.  I am forgeting things, and have mental pauses.  The angioma is on the right frontal lobe.  I take seizure medicine, because in august 2007 the angioma was not large enough for surgery.  I cant get into see my neurologist till end of feburary, and have spent way too much time in ER. The headaches are more frequent and I dont know what to do. I have 4 boys under age of 7, I also drive and work full time as a special ed teachers aide.  I cant stop or slow down.  I just need some advice, if there is anyone who can help...
