Please look at this MRI spot-opinion

Hi Dr. Mathur,

I was on here last week inquiring about whether symptoms could be MS related.

I had an MRI today.  I don't meet with my doctor until Monday.  Could you please give me your two cents on these MRI pics?  I will not take what you say as a diagnosis or hold you liable.  Just looking for your opinion if I may.

Here is some of my MRI pics

http://www.flickr.com/photos/95593789@N03

I put up a series pics where my mouse follows this little white dot on the right side. In every pic it was there just about in the SWI image series. It moves up in the pic as the MRI camera moved. is that just a piece of normal structure? I almost feel like if there is another white dot, smaller, on the other side, it makes me feel its symmetrical and therefore normal.  But in that left side there is also a light sprinkling of other dots as well.

Please let me know your opinion.

I also tested positive for many Lyme Disease bands years ago.

Thank you ahead of time for any advice at all you can give

Hi!
Difficult to say, but hypertensities or white dots can be due to brain aging, migraine, vasculitis, ischaemic or hypoxic-ischaemic changes, haemorrhagic foci, inflammatory changes, multiple sclerosis, central pontine and extrapontine myelinolysis, cancer metastases, radio-and chemotherapy related changes, neurometabolic diseases, and CNS degenerative diseases.
It would help if you can click a photo of the report section (without your name and other details) and upload that. Please start a new thread and I’ll look into it. Also, please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

Oh no.  I'm sorry. I don't know how to put it all up online yet.  Also, I don't want my name on the web for privacy reasons.

But, if there is anything I can include in the picture more i can.  Also I could edit my name out of the pictures possibly?  May take me a day to do.

From what you can see so far, do you think those little white dots have any meanings?

Thanks for all your help again.  It is so appreciated.

Please upload the report--it is difficult to read a MRI on net.
