Prickly itchy skin, tingling on left side, lightheadedness

Hi, I am a 30 year old female. 3 weeks ago started experiencing a weird prickly, itchy feeling in my skin all over my body. Sometimes its there during the day, but most of the time it starts when I lay down to go to sleep. This has obviously resulted in problems sleeping. I also notice that some clothes seem to really bother me and bring on the prickly feeling.  A week and a half after this started I got a weird lightheaded, spacey feeling in my head which is there all the time. I notice it more when I am walking around, when sitting or laying down it doesn't bother me. A few days ago I developed a very slight tingling feeling in my left arm and leg which only happens occasionally. Have also had diarrhea for a few days now. Don't know if this is related, but I have a spasm in my left eyelid as well on and off which is annoying. I'm freaking out that I have a brain tumor or something equally horrible. I am going to my Dr. on Wed. but any idea as to what these weird symptoms could be??

I had the exact same symptoms... and the ER doctor diagnosed me as having Anemia due to Iron deficiency. Check into it, an have your blood tested.

I keep getting a prickally sharp pain on the left top back part of my head, just started getting it today and it seems to be slightly on my left side of my face and arm. what do you think this could be?

I have had this annoying and PAINFUL prickly, sharp, stabbing feeling in my skin for a couple of weeks/ maybe even months now.
I'm 17 and I have a very high pain tolerance because I have had a disease called dermatomyosytus ( I still don't know how to spell it) since I was 9 years old, at least thats when i was diagnosed with it. It started with a rash on my face, elbows, knuckles, toe knuckles (?) and knees. Not to meantion i was incredibly weak, and had to have my blood taken frequently.
I have had a very painful, prickly, painful, sharp, stabbing feeling in my abdomen, which usually goes to my calves, then my upper arms, for a short while but it happens very often.
It is really starting to worry me.
Please, tell me if you know anything.

Hi, you sound just like me. My feet and left arm tingle and my muscles in my legs feel tired and weak. I also have a lump in the throat feeling. I went to the dr today and she did a lot of bloodwork and told me we will go from there when the results get back. My problem is I go on the internet and type in my symptons and all these diseases come up and I end up having a anxiety attack. I just want to feel normal again. Let me know what your dr says.
