Questions about CT of Head Findings

My CT Head W/O Contrast reads as follows:
There is a questionable small focus of low-attenuation in right parietal subcortical white matter which is nonspecific but could be secondary to small vessel ischemic disease.
Question: What questions should I ask my doctor about this report? And what other tests can be done to further define my condition?

Thank you Dr. Sharma for taking the time to answer my questions. My appointment with my neurologist is tomorrow and I will most certainly bring up this topic.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. You need to discuss with your neurologist the possibility of having multiple sclerosis due to your CT scan findings. Apart from clinical neurological examination MRI shows MS as paler areas of demyelination  in the white matter, two different episodes of demyelination separated by one month in at least two different brain location. Spinal tap is done and CSF electrophoresis  reveals oligoclonal bands suggestive of immune activity, which is suggestive but not diagnostic of MS. Demyelinating neurons transmit nerve signals slower than non demyelinated ones and can be detected with EP tests. These are visual evoked  potentials, brain stem auditory evoked response, and somatosensory evoked potential. slower nerve responses in any one of these is not confirmatory of MS but can be used to complement diagnosis along with a neurological examination, medical history and an MRI and a spinal tap.
