am I having post TBI syndrome?

December25,2013 I was beaten in the right side of my head. Was found in an e.r. parking lot. That hospital air vac me to another where a surgery team was waiting. But they were able to stop bleeding before the surgery so they just kept me in a coma for one week. I got out and went home with my mom. Every time I would lean over to left or right or let's just say any movement the world would spin. I had no strength in my left side and I was not able to do the everyday common stuff like read or write or drive ect.. Well slowly for eight months I kept getting better and got to 80 percent "back to normal" and had no symtoms except for having troubles paying attention and slow to catch on n still can't multitask. Anyhow, four months ago I thought I saw something running across the floor... That was four months ago and sometimes it still happens... I see spiders sometimes as well that are not there. ...My short term memory is messing up... Four months ago the feeling of somebody pushing on top of my head is back.. (Like pressure on my head..) My movements are causing dizziness again ... Confusion is back.. U can press on back of my neck and it causes my eyes to flutter BC I get so dizzy.. My thinking is slowing for some reason .. Anxiety is picking up .. As the weeks pass it seems to be getting worse. SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME SOMETHING. I'm waiting on disability so I can get medicaid otherwise I'm just outta luck until then I guess. :-( I'm very worried so someone please help me ..
