Hi I'm 15 years old Boy and I have been told that I have this sleep disorder. I have had this disorder since I was little 8 or 9 Months. My parents just thought it was something I would grow out of....but i haven't. I have tried everything we can think of I had parents sat in my room... that didn't work, hypnotherapy didn't work, music didn't work.
I'm soon to be starting college and recently it started to get really bad, and it is making me ill as a consequence. I have been put on a corse of Clonazepam which don't really work! having tablets aren't parctical for my life style. My doctors as well as my parents seem to think it is a habbit, but I really don't agree! I think there is more to it for example based on emotions!!!
