Ring Finger and Pinky Finger move jerkily together and Thumb is numb on one side

Last week I woke up to my thumb being numb and tingly on the inner side and this went on for a few days until the tingling reduced. However, the thumb is a bit stiff now and still a bit numb when I touch it.

Yesterday I woke up to find my pinky and ring finger really jerky when bending it towards my palm.

Is my hand degenerating?

Please help!
