Sarcoid of Brain?

41 yr female.  (please be patient as my case is complicated)  Approx. 1 month ago had sudden extreme episode of vertigo.  Felt like someone flipped me upside down-lasted about 2 mins.  Continued to happen every few days for 2 wks.  Then began happening daily for wk.  Now happening 5+ times/day, along w/constant nausea & unsteady feeling.  Past 3 days I now stumble often to my right & when I try to look w/eye balls to my right or down -my eyes jump around.  Also been getting sharp pain in head that come & go.  And past 2 days while resting, my last 3 fingers on right hand have gone numb couple times.  2 wks after this 1st started I cld my PCP & he just called in some antivert & zofran for symptoms (only helped a bit).  Also...week ago started having episodes of incrsd heartrate (at rest even) w/chest pain & some blurred vision.  PCP had me wear 24hr monitor & said I had many epsiodes, even 146bpm during sleep, so he put me on propranolol beta-blocker (still having them).  I was also told month ago that I have nodule on thyroid (although TSH was OK).

After feeling extremely ill, back in April I was dxd (via biopsies) w/sarcoidosis of mediastinal/hilar lymphnodes (all enlarged 2 to 3cm each) and also in left ulnar arm bone.  Was on prednisone for 7+ mos.  Been off for 1 month. Due to try Imuran next.  My labs/tests also indicate that I have another auto-immune disease, but docs are still trying to figure out which one.  My other symptoms (fevers, night sweats, joint pain, fatigue, chest & breathing) have all gotten incrsgly worse in past 2 wks too.

I went to local ER Sunday afternoon.  They checked TSH & CBC, did EKG, brain CTscan & chest xray.  Said all was OK.  ER doc recommended I see my specialists right away to get brain MRI to look for lesions, etc and also get CTscan of chest or heart MRI.  I called rheumatologist & cardiologist today, but never heard back from them.

Although I have many symptoms that are concerning, my BIGGEST one is the stumbling/eyes/dizziness/numbness.  Could this be indication of neuro-sarcoid?  What do you recommend I do - who do I go to - what tests would be most helpful?

I'm in need of some guidance & can't express enough to you my gratitude for your time & input. -thanx JAYNE
