Seizures Post Partum continuing 2 years

I have been having seizures for two years now since the birth of my first and only child.  I am now 32 years old.  I have been through Neurology, Autoimmune, and Psychotropic theories; but the seizures continue.  We have tried several seizure medications for the migraine seizure idea and epilepsy.  I have been to a few psycologists, but they all say it is not possible for me to have psychotropic events.  I was diagnosed with Hashamotos Thyroiditus, and kerticonus (eye disease); but the doctors all say that I do not fit perfectly under any of the catagories for the seizures.  I am on a beta blocker and a mirena IUD that is helping, but am still having breakthrough events.  My life is really altered by these continuous episodes and I am becoming desperate to find a diagnosis.  Does anyone have any ideas?

You could try the Expert Neurology forum, although its difficult to post.  They only take a couple of questions a day there.

There is also a patient to patient forum here, where you can post any time:

I'm just not sure that you will get any real answers or ideas here, as the focus of this community is maternity and childhood issues.

Good luck.
