Severe burning and pain in the back of my head

Please could you help me understand what is wrong. I have been to the emergecy several times. I couldn't move my neck and the pain was overbearing. There is severe pain in my neck and i can;t get rid of it. The doctor put a neck brace on me because it hurts to even keep my head up. I had severe burning sensation started in my hands and traveled into my arms and my chest i thought i was going to have a heartattack. I was ruled out as having Fibramyalgia. My mother and Aunt and Grandma have it. Now it is traveling into my back of head . Severe pain and burning also in my ears. I screamed i never had this before. Please HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!!! Thank You.

Hi,

It could be cervical spondylosis. MRI neck will help in confirming the diagnosis.
