help me to understand these repots
and treatment surgical or non surgical

Mild bony spinal stenoiss in the lumbar region.

Diffuse posterior bulge of T12-L1intervertebral discs showing posterocentral extrusion with inferior migration upto the inferior endplate of L1 vertebral body indenting the anterior thecal sac with no obvious neural foraminal neural narrowing or nerve root compression.

Diffuse posterior bulges ofL4-L5 &L5-S1 intervertebral discs indenting the anterior thecal sac & abutting bilateral traversing L5 S1nerve root.

Mild diffuse posterior bulges of L1-L2 & L3-L4 intervertebral discs indenting the anterior thecal sac with no obvious neural foraminal neural narrowing or nerver root compression.

I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. A disc bulge appears to be scary. However, most disc bulges go back to original place and the symptoms disappear with conservative treatment. Well disc protrusions that irritate a spinal nerve or have the potential to do so as in your case can be treated conservatively. This conservative treatment involves pain killers, anti-inflammatory medications, epidural injections, steroid injections, corsets and braces and physiotherapy. If all such treatments fail, then surgery may be required. Do discuss with your doctor. Take care!
