Static Encephalopathy (A Mysterious Diagnosis)!

I was diagnosed with static encephalopathy 14 years back and had no treatment, nobody ever explained what it is.  I am looking for some kind of good information on the diagnosis.  I was also diagnosed with Learning Disablities and AD/HD.  Can anyone help me solve this mysterious diagnosis?

I'm 28 years old and I thought I might have fasd so I got assested and got diginosed with Static Encehalopathy because they don't know the alcihole exposure I had when my mom was peragnet with me and I knew I had some problems but the out come was Static Encehalopathy anyway and my womens avicate worker helped explaine it to me because she knows I google everything and when she googled Static Encehalopathy it didn't sound much like me because many dr. use Static Encehalopathy with fasd people and I'm not like most fasd people so she googled my dissablities areas and looked under different things till she found one like me even though that is not what I have been diagnossed with I might as well say I have Autisum because that is what is exteramly close to what I have but everyone is different with Static Encehalopathy. Encehalopathy's definition is "any dissablitiy with the brain" so I would google brain disabilities and look under the signs and simptoms of each till you see one that sounds like you or the person you are trying to find out whats exacly wrong with them.

My son was also diagnosed with Static Encehalopathy at age 1yr. (no fetal alcohol syndrome-I dont drink). He is 13 yrs now and we are having all kinds of problems, poor insight, learning disabilities, Aspergers, cant get answers, worse of all his IQ is normal so no services for help but he acts abour 6yrs old. my son was diagnosed with the same thing at a year old .my son is almost 18 years and has a mind of a six year and reads on a third grade level,but is a junior in high school and to this day i dont now what his life will hold as he becomes an adult .if you would lik to chat .you can email me at ***@****
