Static Encephalopathy (A Mysterious Diagnosis)!

I was diagnosed with static encephalopathy 14 years back and had no treatment, nobody ever explained what it is. I am looking for some kind of good information on the diagnosis. I was also diagnosed with Learning Disablities and AD/HD. Can anyone help me solve this mysterious diagnosis?

my son was diagnosed with the same thing at a year old .my son is almost 18 years and has a mind of a six year and reads on a third grade level,but is a junior in high school and to this day i dont now what his life will hold as he becomes an adult .if you would lik to chat .you can email me at ***@****
