Hi.
The stinging/numbness in your hands and feet could be neuropathy, and it has many etiologies. It could result from lack of vitamins, disease condition like diabetes, etc.
A problem with peripheral circulation could also cause this symptoms. Smokers are prone to develop peripheral circulation problem.
It would be best to seek consult with our primary physician for further evaluation and management.

Any type of tingling, burning, or numbness is usually a symptom related to a sensory nerve being damaged, diseased, or injured. There may be some vascular compromise to peripheral nerve which can cause similar symptoms’.
Alternatively, vitamin deficiency, diabetic neuropathy can also cause similar symptoms’.
You should consult a physician or neuro- consultation.
