Weird symptoms, scared, worried and feeling hopeless. Please help

Hello everyone, I am a 35 year old mom of 3 looking everywhere for answers!!
A few weeks before Easter while in the shower, I realized my left rib area felt different. They were sticking further out and felt like there was some kind of lump on them. I made an appt with the Dr but they were unable to see me until May 1st which was well over a month and a half away but I had no choice but to wait.
On April 27th while laying down on my couch watching tv I had a strange episode. My husband rose to tell me he was going to bed. I told him I would be there in a min and the next thing I know I am opening my eyes feeling very confused. My brain was very fuzzy and when I got up to use the bathroom I was very off balance, almost like I was drunk. I went to the ER and they did a ct scan of my brain w/o contrast which they said was normal and sent me home. I felt off the rest of the night and the whole next day. The ER Dr told me that I probably fell asleep. I did have a dream during this episode but I wasn't out very long and i know I didn't fall asleep. Right before I opened my eyes in my dream I was trying to find a bathroom cause I had to pee very bad and when I came to I was leaking on myself. I have never experienced anything like what I felt that night. I was very confused.
On May 1st I went to see my Dr who ordered basic blood work, x ray of my chest, x ray of my ribs and a ct scan of my abdomen w/o contrast. All the tests cane back normal except my blood work showed high triglycerides and low good cholesterol.
On May 4th I started to get numbness on the left side of back where the wing is down to my midsection and extends slightly into my side rib area. I didn't go straight back to the Dr. I decided to wait and see if it went away but it only got worse. To date it feels like there is something there in the middle of my back on the left. I can feel it when I move certain ways or if I'm sitting with my back against something and it's very uncomfortable. I am also having pain and uncomfortable feelings on my left rib area in the front to the far left closest to my side. I also have been having brief dizzy spells lasting a few seconds. It feels like my head gets shaken real fast, my vision blurs and I feel like I'm gonna pass out so I go back to the Dr. He orders an MRI of my T spine and refers me to a cardiologist and a nuerologist. The MRI was set for May 26th but was cancelled on May 25th because they haven't yet gotten authorization from my insurance. Because of my history of arrhythmias and positive family history on my dad's side of sudden death (dad at 51 and his dad at 50) the cardiologist set me up with a 2 week heart monitor and orders an echo and stress test that has been scheduled for June 6th due. The nuerologist ordered an EEG but it will i was told to give them 30 days to get it approved by insurance and they would call me to set it up.

On May 25th I was laying down in bed watching tv and suddenly it felt like I hit my funny bone but in my head minus the pain, just that shock numb feeling along with the dizzy spell and blurred vision. It started at the back of my head and moved up to the top middle before it left. It was a real scary feeling.

The past 5 or 6 days I have been getting tingles in various parts of my body. Mostly the left side but it's happened on the right here and there too. Also for the last 2 weeks I have been getting like a pinching feeling in different areas of my spine and my upper back, it feels like a shocking pinch if that makes sense. I did my very best go to ignore everything but it's really hard to ignore them when they are so persistent in getting worse and new ones developing. I'm really afraid to be alone with my 3 year old.

Please if there is anyone on here who has been through something like this, knows someone who has or can offer me some advice please respond as I am feeling worried, scared and hopeless
