Hello.

I can understand your anxiety. I know it's easier said than done, but I would like you to get a control over your anxieties. You can take short 10 minute progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) exercises, once or twice a day. It might just be your anxiety that is keeping the twitches from disappearing !

At the same time, I agree that we have to wait for the results of the scans.

All the best. Please keep me posted.

Yes, bloods done, fine. Awaiting scans. Do get very tense + anxious. Own GP states that I have not got ALS but cannot stop worrying. Thanks for answering

Hello.

A characteristic feature of Motor Neuron Disease is muscle weakness. Since you do not seem to have any weakness, we may consider other causes. And a very common cause is stress. This could also be a case of 'Benign Fasciculation Syndrome'.

Have you consulted a physician yet ?
