Strangest health issues

Hello, my name is Adam. I am 27.  I really need some help /insight bc I am giving up . Here goes from the beginning : over the years I would randomly get this face pain , it would get quite severe but always go away within a day or so, then over the last 5 years it would last 5 days without going away. ( CT of the sinus was clear ) now also over the years I would get this unbearable sensation in my testicle, kind of like an urgent feeling type thing hard to explain . Sometimes pain but usually the unbearable sensation. Ultrasound of testicles was clear .

Now fast forward to last march I had this face pain for 9 weeks straight . It was pure hell, when it finally let up the unbearable sensation in my testicle came back and was bothering me off and on. Now it has been 10 weeks with the unbearable sensation in my testicle and a little bit of face pain . I had an MRI of the brain which showed lesions at first they thought it could be MS but now don't think so . Now Everything is worse on the right side of my body my face pain and 95% of the time the feeling is in my right testicle not the left. Also want to add I had 20/20 vision in both eyes now my rig eye sight is terrible but left is still 20/20. Also another thing it is either my face pain or the sensation in my testicle never both at the same time .

I have been on many meds . I've been in tegretol, amitriptyline, cymbalta, ciprlaex, remeron and zoloft  . Not one of these meds has helped me at all. Some docs think it could be some sort of weird  anxiety but I think if it was these meds would help somewhat . Now the only thing that helps me is lorazepam. But I have to take 3 mgs to feel any relief. I only take it 2-3 times a week bc I do not want to get addicted. I'm starting to consider taking it every day bc I feel the relief would outweigh the issue of addiction/dependency . Now I know it is an anti anxiety med but it slows down brain activity so maybe something in my brain is over active causing this? Maybe some sort of adrenal / cortisol/ endocrine issue ? My B12 was normal but it was just the basic b12 test.  I had the 24 urine catcholmines test and it was normal Exocet my cortisol was a little high . I want to add any time I have a thought of any kind, not necessarily a negative thought I get the sensation in my testicle. Like Just my brain functioning causes the sensation and it honestly is the worst thing I have ever felt . There is nothing wrong my testicle pathologically according to the urologist . Somebody please provide some type of insight I would appreciate anything at this time .  I feel all these pains and sensations in my sleep/dreams I get no escape. At times I feel like I can't go on and believe me I love my life and the people in it but there is only so much one can take , I struggle like crazy every day :( I desperately want my life back .

Trust yourself and dont let anyone tell you it is all imaginary. You know your body. Its ok to depend on a med that will help you keep your sanity. There are programs to help you get off them when that time comes. Dont beat youself up. Be persistent in finding a diagnosis. Once you get answers you will feel better overall.

I hope you persevere in finding an answer no one should suffer from such symptoms.  I too have many symptoms and keep getting passed along from doctor to doctor.  I am not giving up. It has taken me a year to get a referral to see a doctor in Boston. Don't give up... Someone has the answers so you can find relief.

Man that ***** so much!!  I'm no Dr but I suffer from fibromyalgia and the pain from that is weird and usually doctors deny it exists which is crazy as many people have it!  If I was you I would find another dr and demand a full MRI.  Have you had allergy tests?  Scan on your testicles?  My thoughts are with you, I'm female and although I have no nuts I do suffer with severe pain down there to the point it feels as if I might pass out or drop dead.  I hope you get your answers!!
