Hello, could you please give me your opinion . Last month I suffered from a pain in my tricep at my right hand. I was very nervous and stressed and got really stressed when I touched in this area a small tumor. I instantly visited a doctor. She told me that the tumor in my hand is a lipoma . Then she examined me and she told me that I have cervical syndrome. The last 4 days I am taking vitamins and magnesium. I am still worried though cause I have a feeling of a needle in my head ( different spots ) and the pain still doesn't seem to be better . Do you think I should visit another doctor ???

Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems.  Well, if you have a lump, yes, it could be a lipoma. However, it can also be a neuro-fibroma or a ganglion cyst. Both these conditions can cause pain. A confirmed diagnosis can be made through CT scan or ultrasound.
If you have cervical radiculopathy then this should respond to physiotherapy. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
