Stuck between a rock and a hard place

Dear All,

Is it bad that I feel good knowing I am not alone with these problems?

I have read similar symptoms to mine but not one thread with the same symptoms as mine.

I will try to be as short as possible, I have had issues in the shoulder, neck, TMJ(Jaw) and lower back for 15+ years, last year this went to the next level.

After being in a hot country for 5 years I went back to London in November last year where on the third day I went for a moped ride in the cold, when I returned I sat on the loo and both my calves were tingling this tingling was non stop 24/7 even until now, next the job I got was as a courier lifting heavy loads, now truth be told I was very inactive for the last 5 years and all of sudden driving a manual van 12 hours a day lifting weight, my arms hands started tingling and hurting but the worst problem out of all is my face, my nose my forehead started tingling and twitching my eyes went blurry with burning pain I got tinnitus which I still have and my feet developed a sharp pain which is still there.

After 4 months of hoping this will go away I left London but my issues have not left me, the twitching and pain in arms and back is gone but calves and legs still tingle, if I walk fast or climb stairs my legs go stiff and painful, for the last 3 days my face has been tingling again especially my eyes, someone please help me.
