Symptoms continue

I have been going to my primary care doctor, a cardiologist and neurologist.  My symptoms include numbness (especially in fingers), some local pain that moves, racing heart and feeling of falling especially when asleep and it wakes me up overnight for hours. My echo and heart monitor were normal, two day EEG was negative along with head and neck MRI, all showed nothing. I am tired and worried there is something really wrong and no one can find it out.
