Syrinx, Chiari, Tip of cerebellar tonsil is white? Please see pics....

I'm still trying to figure out all I can about my MRIs while I'm waiting for my referral to NS at Vanderbilt.... If anybody can enlighten me about my pics, please give me your opinion/input regarding syrinx, chiari malformation, chiari size, white tip on cerebellar tonsils, or anything else you might see.  I also posted the radiologist's report, & by the way, I'm the one who found the chiari, not the radiologist or supposed"neurosurgeon" who ordered the mri(that's why I'm trying to get  appointment at Vandy....
