Temporary paralysis, shaking, eye problems

I have had spells for the last 3 years of temporary paralysis where my whole body will just go heavy and I can't pick up a foot or hand (lasts less than a minute to 25 min). I also have times where my eyes get hazy and I can't see very well. Recently I started having shakes in my hand and sometimes feel them in my head. I have had 2 brain mri's that state normal and a spine mri says nothing to point to these spells. any help would be appreciative. thanks

No I can't move anything when I go into paralysis my eyes close and I can't open them, they also water while I am having my spell so everyone thinks I am crying. No my potassium levels aren't low. I have looked into cataplexy but the doctor says no. Sometimes my eyes are hazy but it is not when I am having a spell it just happens sometimes. I also have the shakes sometimes but it doesn't always happen before or after a spell I will just be going along during the day then my husband or daughter will notice that I am shaking.

is it cataplexy where you are awake and cant move for a bit? the shakes would be from weakness and anxiety before and after an attack if so. Can you move anything other than your eyes when the paralysis happens?
