Thigh

I have numbness, great itching, pain, needle picking on my right thigh, why?

Yes, I agree with caregiver222 that you need to see your doctor and possibly a referral to a physiotherapist.

I have had the exact same problem and I was diagnosed as having meralgia paraesthetica.  This is when a nerve is trapped in the groin.  

If you are diagnosed as having that and you are overweight, you will probably be told to lose weight.  Easier said than done!

Make the appointment with your doctor.
