Tickling in hands and feet

Can anymore shed some light on my symptoms?

I am a 34 year old women who last year while pregnant with twins started experiencing a tickly feeling in my hands but more especially in my feet which became very acute towards the end of the pregnancy causing problems sleeping as it seemed to happen at night. After pregnancy symptoms disappeared but then returned when twin where 8 months old and now happen maybe 2-3 times a month though not as acutely as when pregnant.

The feelings are not sore at all, as i tried to explain it just tickles I dont think there are any more symptoms with this, except i did experience a couple of migranes (migraines) (which i used to suffer from as a child which caused numbness of hands and face etc...) but i dont think they are related.
