Tingling arms, hands and legs, lightheadedness what can this be?

Hi, i'll start with a little about myself. I'm a 22 year old female and have a 9 month old son.

Basically, the last 3-4 weeks i've been getting very tingly arms right down to the tip of my fingers and also in my legs. They also feel numb and like blood is rushing to them like when you have your blood pressure done. I've also been feeling extremely exhausted and lightheaded. For a few months i have also been having funny fluttering twitching in my stomach. I thought i was pregnant at first but have done two tests and have been having periods and not putting on any weight.

I have also had really bad rib pain for around two years, its on the back at the right side then goes all the way to the front and chest. I've been seeing a physio for a while and he thinks i may have something wrong with three of my muscle groups but nothing is working so he doesn't know. I have had really bad bloating for around 3 months aswel, it just never goes. I wake up with it and it doesn't matter what i eat it just stays the same and sometimes it is accompained with a dull ache in my ovaries.

I should mention that i've had a chest x-ray which came back clear. I had blood tests which showed a slight vitamin d and calcium deficiency.

I know i have listed so many symptoms but i thought i should mention everything incase they're all connected. I would appreciate any suggestions as i'm in limbo.

The dr told me he wasn't going to put me on tablets or anything for the calcium and vitamin d because he thinks theres a more underlying problem. I always drink loads of milk but i've been trying to drink even more.

The last dr i saw said they wouldn't check my thyroid because i had it checked 4 years ago! Which seems ridiculous to me so i'm going to ask another dr about that. I think my iron came back normal.

Whenever i mention my constant bloating and pelvic pain they just brush past it. I should have probably mentioned that when i was 17 i had a laparoscopy and diagnosed with endometriosis but i had it lasered away and they said it shouldn't come back. So maybe my pelvic pain could be that it's come back. I also didn't suffer with bloating last time i had endometriosis.

Thanks for all of your help

Yes, I meant blood tests.

Did they do blood tests checking your Thyroid and your Iron level?

What are you doing to correct the Vitamin D and Calcium levels?  I wouldn't be surprised if your B12 level came back low as well.

You should have imaging done of your abdomen and pelvis.

thanks for your message :).. do you mean blood tests? .. i was tested for celiac which came back clear and then vitamin d and calcium were a bit low. I had my b12 tested yesterday but have to wait about 5 days for the results.

I havent had any imaging done of my abdomen or pelvis :(
