Went to the ER last night thx to a stabbing pain behind my hamstring in rt leg.

Not clot, muscle spasm, sciatica, Lyme, muscular, all ruled out.
Went to the ER last night thx to a stabbing pain behind my hamstring in rt leg. I've had this before but the pain would last maybe 5 seconds at a time and go away. This time it went on for 2 hours and as always the pain is a 10 out 10. Only the IV pain med would make the pain go away. Anyone have similar or thoughts on what could cause this? I have PPMS.
