Tremors, Vertigo, Shakiness

For the last 3 mths I've had many symptoms.  I've had the following, tingling parts of the body, pins and needles, muscle spasms/cramps, heaviness, veritgo, visual floaters, neck and shoulder stifness.  All bloodwork and MRIs (brain and cervical spine) were normal, well I was told I have a stiff neck and I'm now going to therapy for that.  But for the last month or so I've had difficulty falling asleep.  Either I have muscle spasms while trying to fall asleep or bowel movements and the most irritating, frequent urination (once or twice an hour).  If I do fall asleep right away, I don't wake up for 6-8 hours but if I'm awake I constantly get up to urinate.  I was told I'm vitamin D deficient and I've been taking supplements which has helped with the muscle cramps.  I drink water 4-5 hours before bedtime.  How much can there be left to urinate all night long?  Can it possibly be MS?  Or can it be an infection or simply anxiety?  Any thoughts would help, thanks
I forgot to mention, sometimes I feel as if the bed is shaking or even the floor.  The tremors mostly come when my neck hurts.  But sometimes I feel a vibration in my body.
I'm a female in my early 20s.

Thanks for the response.  Should I worry about mild meningitis?  I will speak to my general physician about the frequent urination so he can refer me to a specialist.

The best part is your scans & MRI are all normal. Short term history should not be suspected of MS.
It might be an infection and all these symptoms also take place with a mild meningitis. For the urination you have to visit a nephrologist/urologist to rule out any local problems.
Lead a stress free life and decrease the water intake just before going to sleep.
Take care!
