In line with this, sorta, I have been having alot of muscle spasms in my right cheek, right arm and sholder and eye( all on right side), its been on and off for a few weeks now. I am under alot of stress and have been thinking a stress disorder would be the cause, but it has not lessened and seems to becoming more and more frequent. I notice that these spasms having been coming and going over the last few years, seems to take effect when I am under stress. Should I be concered with these and have them checked out or watch them to see if they continue to get worse? Any thoughts would help.
Types of tremors induced by drugs include enhanced physiologic tremor.
Physiologic tremor occurs in every normal individual and has no clinical significance. It is rarely visible to the eye and may be heightened by strong emotion (such as anxiety or fear), physical exhaustion, hypoglycemia, hyperthyroidism, heavy metal poisoning, stimulants, alcohol withdrawal or fever. It can be seen in all voluntary muscle groups and can be detected by extending the arms and placing a piece of paper on top of the hands. Enhanced physiologic tremor is a strengthening of physiologic tremor to more visible levels. It is generally not caused by a neurological disease but by reaction to certain drugs, alcohol withdrawal, or medical conditions including an overactive thyroid and hypoglycemia. It is usually reversible once the cause is corrected.
I think your Neurologist meant "physiological tremors". Read this article, it might be of some help. But I don't know how much it will help you with the treatment.

Some extract ...... from the article
"Tremor is a normal phenomenon which affects absolutely everyone and this is referred to as "physiological" tremor. In some situations, this tremor can become exaggerated such as when we are anxious or tired and this is then called an "exaggerated" or "enhanced" physiological tremor......"
does this mean mine is caused from meds i am now taking etc? A physical tremor caused from something I am putting into my body?
Just follow the neurologist's instructions as these type of tremors are treatable. Take the prescribed medications and folow other instructions. Take care!
