I think most of the time they leave those alone. If memory serves, they are the most common abnormal finding in MRI/CT. Sometimes removing them causes more dmg than leaving them there.

Venous angiomas are mostly benign. You do not need to worry. But if they start producing symptoms, treatment is mandatory.
Surgery is a good option. Now a days, some newer techniques such as the radio ablation of the angioma.
There may be residual problems. Please keep a close watch her symptoms.
