Vestibular Rehab

I am being treated for vertigo (rocking back and fourth feeling sensation) and have just started Vestibular Rehab. How long will this take before I know it is doing the trick? I have had vertigo for 2 years now, on and off the first year and the second year has been everyday. Any ideas? I have had 2 brain MRI's they are normal, I have been seeing and ENT for 2 years and the tests done there have also been close to normal. I then went to a Neurologist and he has prescribed the vestibular rehab. Any ideas on this? I am starting my 2nd week and still feel the same.
