Dr.sharma is going in the right direction with this. I have the meralgina par. Severe Hip pain on both sides. But there is another thing that most doctor tend to overlook and it goes undiagnosed. Chiari malformation and syring. (Cyst inside the spinal column) my hind brain escaped out of my skull and it's desending into my spinal column causing both spine and brain to get the much needed spinal fluid that they need to operate smoothly. I have degenative disc disease and the lack of sf makes everything from waist down worse than anyone could imagine. Now, I'm not saying you have chiari, because the fact it's very complex and no doctor wants to even beginning to try to treat someone with it. It does tend to hind as or mimic other diseases/symptoms. You would just want to get your brain checked. MS looks at lesions on the brain stem while chiari focuses on the whole brain and neck (keep those two in mind, you will need it later)

I had spinal fusion 6 years ago and this has been one of the side effects ever since. It gets very intense especially after sexual inter course. L3-L4-L5-S1. Fusion. Classified as a failed spinal fusion.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. The vibration sensation in your lower lumbar portion could be due to any sort of prolapsed disc or sprue over the lumbar vertebral region and you may get such type of abnormal feeling around your back portion. You could have sustained a nerve injury mostly sciatic nerve, which could cause vibration sensation, in the hip. MRI spine also needs to be done to check for any degenerative disc disease. meralgia paraesthetica  is numbness or pain in the outer thigh due to injury to a nerve that extends from the thigh to the spinal column.  The lateral cutaneous nerve of the thigh mostly becomes injured by entrapment or compression where it passes the upper front hipbone and you could have sustained the injury during childbirth.  Consult a neurologist for investigating these possibilities. If nerve damage is ruled out, MS or multiple sclerosis needs to be investigated. Electromyography, nerve conduction studies may be required. Hope this helps. Take care.
