Weird Feeling in head, Tumor maybe?

On ThanksGiving this year i woke up a little hungover but nothing out of the ordinary. I felt normal. At about half way through the day i was traveling by car when out of no where i had this very wierd feeling come over me. My head didnt hurt but it didnt feel right either, i also felt sick to my stomach. i went to urgent care but they figured i was dehydrated. For the next 3 days i felt this same way, eating very little but drinking lots of water. Finally things started to ease up, the next 2 days were rough but i was back to eating normal and was able to function normally. By day 7 i felt fine and continued life as normal. 11 days ago however i smoked some Marijuana (yes stupid thing to do, i know) And the symptoms all came back. the first day I couldnt eat but on day 2 i was back to eating however my head still feels very wierd and has to this day. I've been sleeping more than usual too, i'm usually only awake 12 hours a day now before going to sleep. Ive been having really vivid dreams every night now as well where as before almost never. Does anyone have any ideas as to what i might be suffering from? Thankyou for taking time to read and i appreciate any imput

The docters later realized it was not due to dehydration. I have not been drinking at all since this all started and have only smoked marijuana that once.

Hi.

Were the doctors ever convinced that dehydration was. indeed, the cause for your symptoms? Are you still drinking alcoholic beverages? If yes, how much? Are you still smoking marijuana?

Chronic alcohol consumption can cause some degree of dehydration.  Marijuana can cause vivid dreams. If you are still drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, it would be advisable to stop.

Good luck.
