What could be causing these symptoms ?

I have been having some neuro symptoms and I am terrified it is Ms. My symptoms are
Vertigo on and off
Pins and needles in arm
On and off numbness in body
Bladder problems (urgency )

Could anything else be causing these symptoms ? I have psoriatic arthritis in a lot of my joints .

Do you have any upcoming tests?  Do you feel weak or fatigue?  Im sure is frustrating.  I can't find anything that points towards tingling numbness switching sides of body.

I've had very similar symptoms last 5 weeks.  Have had heart tests, mri brain.  Neuro exam, spinal tap. Neurologist ruled out MS.  Still don't know what is wrong.  Mri of neck is next.  My numbness and tingling switches sides and it is so confusing.
