What is this huge pressure in my head?

Today I experienced a ton of pressure in my head. It wasn't just in a spot it was throughout and almost to the point of passing out. After a few minutes I started to get black spots in the bottom of my vision. After getting to the hospital it had disappeared a bit, but the doctor quickly diagnosed it as a tension headache. It didn't feel like pain and after looking a tension headache up it wasn't minor at all. I have also suffered from multiple concussions so I was a little concerned he brushed it off so easy. Just curious if there was another possibility?
